Nature is the artist. I just try to be there when she's working.

Every photograph here is a moment nature made and I happened to be standing in — a band of horses turning, snow meeting dark water, a vine lit for one hour of the day. I keep them so the story doesn't get lost. Each print is made to order and sized to the wall it's going on.

Work

Six bodies of work, each built by staying in one place until a group held together.

Prints

Every piece is face-mounted under acrylic and bonded to an aluminum backing. No frame, no glare box, no warping.

Acrylic face mount

The image is bonded directly behind cast acrylic. Color sits deeper and blacks hold at any viewing angle.

Aluminum backing

A rigid composite panel behind the print keeps large formats dead flat for the life of the piece.

Frameless hanging

A recessed cleat ships fitted, so the panel floats a finger's width off the wall with nothing visible holding it.

Made to order

No fixed catalogue of sizes. Each piece is printed for the wall it's going on, from an intimate panel to a full architectural format.

Editions

Each image is released in a signed edition of 15. Every print is numbered and comes with a certificate recording the edition and print date.

Every piece is made to order. Sizing is worked out per room and per wall, so tell me the space and I'll tell you what it wants. Pricing on request.

Whatever the wall needs

Acrylic on aluminum is the standard, not the rule. If a project calls for something else — a different finish or substrate, a framed piece, an unusual size, a set for a whole property, or hanging it once it arrives — just ask. Nearly every request so far has been a yes.

Josh, with the band behind him. Utah west desert.

I spent the better part of seven years travelling, mostly with a pack and no fixed plan. The habit that came out of it was learning to stay somewhere long enough to stop seeing it as a place and start seeing what's in it.

I still work that way. A body of work comes from going back to one place — the same desert, the same creek, the same stretch of coast — until the frames start talking to each other. Nature is the artist in all of it. I'm there to pay attention.

Alongside the photography I install art for luxury hotels and interior designers. Years of hanging other people's work is what shaped how I print my own: large, flat, frameless, and built for a specific wall.

Available for made-to-order prints, commissions, and project work with designers and hotels. Based in Park City, Utah.
